By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

a. Mito-Mato strives to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions.

b. However, Mito-Mato does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or product description.

c. The buyer acknowledges that product images may slightly differ from the actual product due to difference of resolutions on various devices.
 

a. The buyer agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the products, which includes any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges. In case of a price error, Mito-Mato reserves the right to cancel the item and refunds will be made accordingly.

b. Mito-Mato reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

c. Paynow will be our sole mode of payment.

a. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

b. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the buyer upon delivery. If your parcel is missing or items are damaged, please take a photo and send the details along with your order number to sales@mito-mato.com.
 

a. Mito-Mato’s return and refund will be dealt with on case-to-case basis

b. The buyer must comply with the specified procedures and conditions for returning products.

c. Refunds will be issued based on the Mito-Mato’s discretion and in accordance with the return policy.

a. The buyer acknowledges that pet products are intended to be used with pets under supervision.

b. Mito-Mato is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by improper use or neglect of the products.

c. Mito-Mato is not responsible for any harm or injury caused by the pet using the products due to mishandling.
